Spring, TX February 1, 2025:  As part of National Heart Attack Awareness Month, ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare is urging the public to familiarize themselves with the critical warning signs of a heart attack, including chest discomfort, pain or pressure radiating to the arm, neck, or jaw, shortness of breath, nausea, and cold sweat, and to seek immediate medical attention if experiencing any of these symptoms.

Key Signs of a Heart Attack:

Chest discomfort: Feeling of pressure, tightness, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest that lasts for more than a few minutes.
Pain spreading to other areas: Discomfort radiating to the arm (usually the left), neck, jaw, back, or stomach.
Shortness of breath: Difficulty breathing with or without chest pain.
Other symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, dizziness, cold sweat, unusual fatigue. 

Important Actions to Take:
Call 911 immediately
Do not hesitate to call emergency services if you experience any concerning symptoms.
