Harris County Emergency Services District 11 is the governing entity responsible for providing emergency medical services to residents and visitors within the district. These services are fully funded by the ESD.

Our cardiac arrest survival rate exceeds the national average by over 30%, and our dispatch operations are ACE-accredited and VFIS Certified Safe.
