Harris County Emergency Services District No. 11 (the “District”), in accordance with Sections 2254.001 et seq., Texas Government Code, also known as the Professional Services Procurement Act, is accepting a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified urban land planning and design firms to provide both urban land planning/platting work and consultation services for 43 acres of land located on Stuebner Airline Road, Spring , Harris County, Texas including, but not limited to, preparation of: 1) opportunity and constraints mapping; 2)site plans; and/or 3) preliminary plats required for the realization of those opportunities selected by the District (the “Project”). This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) includes general information on the Project scope, selection criteria, and other information that may assist potential urban land planning firms in submitting a SOQ for the Project. Offerors are not required to submit engineering designs in response to this RFQ.
