Patient Experience Report
Listening, Learning,
and Always Improving
At Harris County ESD 11, every patient interaction matters — not just the care we provide in the field, but how we communicate, respond, and support before, during, and after each call. That’s why we hold ourselves to the same standards as the broader healthcare system by participating in independent patient experience surveys through the EMS Survey Team. These trusted third-party evaluations give our patients a voice and help us better understand how we’re doing — and where we can grow. Because for us, excellence means more than medical outcomes — it means every person feels heard, respected, and cared for.
