Verbal Consent Process:

A representative will explain the consent process verbally when you provide your number either in-person at the District office or over the phone.

Once you agree verbally, your phone number will be recorded and a confirmation SMS will be sent:
“You have agreed to receive SMS updates from Harris County ESD 11. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” -
If the message includes marketing communications, you may be asked to reply YES to confirm your opt-in for promotional messages.
